"From the start, I knew that I had made the right decission. He and his staff was and is awsome. At times, i can be a bite too persnickity, and he did answered all of my questions and then some. He didn't make me feel like I was asking dumb questions, on the contrary, he made me feel as if my questions were important and that I was smart about the surgery. As time went on, this is what I came to see in him on a regular. A doctor that paid attention to you and made your visit with him seem important to both parties. The main issue that I have with him is the fact that he is so popular and very good that your appointment time, might not be observed. I have waited at one time three hours just to see him. That could be viewed as a positive or a negative, depending on who you are. "
