Greetings Val... my fellow OKIE sister! Hope all is well and you are feeling great. I also went to Texas for my surgery, but I went to Lubbock... It's a bit of a challenge to stay active and involved with a support group when you have your surgery out of state, so please feel free to contact me and let me know if I can help in any way. I'm in Broken Arrow/Tulsa. I'm pretty much at my goal weight, having lost around 140 lbs. You CAN do this!!! Blessings...
