East Texas Medical Center Tyler

"Some of the nurses seemed to really be "put out" when they were asked for anything. A few were very nice. They never even told me when I could go to clear liquids and didn't bother to tell me that I would not get a tray. They had clear liquids near the nurses station & I found out that I could help myself. My sheets were never changed during my initial visit nor was I ever offered a sponge bath. During my second visit I made request for both and got them. The nurses were noisy at night which made sleeping difficult. My room was right across from the nurses station though. I hated it when they walked in during the night & flipped on the bright light without waking me first to let me know that they needed something. Anyway, if I ever have to be hospitalized again I will try the other hospital in town."

Hugh Babineau

"Dr Babineau was very pleasant during my initial consultation. Seemed a little quiet, but obviously very competent. His staff is very nice & easy to talk to. A close friend of mine had surgery by Dr Babineau & had nothing but good things to say about him & his staff. During my pre-surgery visit Dr Babineau was so nice. He answered my questions and did not make me feel rushed at all. I feel very comfortable with him & confident that he will do an excellent surgery for me."
