Damon, You need to cheer up!!! I know self pay has to be very hard. Mark & I would never be able to do it. I am so proud that you are able to budget in a way that you are able to pay and be determined to not let the money end stop you. I have went on the regrets and memorial pages and I had a couple of reservations; however, my quality of life sucks out loud right now and I may be trading this set of problems for a new set but I am willing to try. There are so many more success stories- of people who 2, 3 5 years out that are normal weight people; living and breathing; being abel to enjoy taking a walk; playing with thier children or grandchildren- right now I can't do any of those things real well and I really want to have that chance. Please don't get discourgaged - You know doom and gloom will only make you sad "Think happy thoughts" Luv Ya, Pam

You keep up the great fight to get that money lined up! Maybe you could make payments to the hospital or if they are like our hospital sign up for financial assistance on the bill and it will greatly reduce the amount. By the way, noticed you were in NC, not sure how far away from where Dale Jr. lives but if you ever run into him tell him I'm in Indiana waiting on him:-) Good Luck! Melissa
