:) I have an ANGEL! Her name is Sharon Ecklund. God bless her! She has had a few bumps along her road to recovery yet she is still willing to help others. I have been so blessed to "find" such a strong support group right here on the AMOS web site. If any one here is just considering the surgery and has not yet made up their minds, I just want you to know that you are in the best possible place for information from your peers. Thank You all for being there for me.

Hi Norma, I too had surgery with Dr. Felix. Sorry to hear about your surgery date. He is a wonderful Dr! Trust me it will be worth that wait. E-mail me sometime.. I live out here in Los Banos... I go to Merced pretty often maybe we can have lunch.. Good luck~ Heather

I just want to let all of you know that your support is essential to getting us pre-ops throught the pre surgery jitters. I have met the nicest people through this web site. Thank you to Jennifer Verrone and Sharon Ecklund for sharing so much information with me. I am 20 days pre-op and counting! My biggest fear is that when they do my pre-op testing some unknown problem will be disclosed and it will mean another delay. Right now that is my biggest fear. I will go for tests on May 24th, so please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Thank You! Norma

Hi Norma, I know it can be very depressing to have your surgery date re-scheduled. But, think of it this way, when he get's back he will be all rested and fresh just for your surgery. He is a good doctor and is worth waiting for! Good Luck and cheer up! Sharon
