"My first impression of Dr.BC was that he is very well educated. He was very thorough in his presention of the precedure. And he was a kind and gentle man!! A big plus in my book!! He answered all my questions very thoroughly and some even before I asked them.
He really did emphasize the aftercare program and that it was very important to my future health and well being. The patient counselor was FANTASTIC!! I really liked her, to give her some credit her name is Sharna!! She also answered all of our questions, even my husbands personal ones and she never even batted an eye!! He informed me of all the risks involved, most of which I already knew about. I think that the most important thing about a surgeon is, "Are they confident in what they do?" And I feel that Dr. BC was that! He looked us right square in the eye when he talked to us, that to me means alot. He had a very confident nature about him. My husband and I both really liked him."
