This is a big WOO-HOO for Sarah Collins! She's an AMOS member who's been featured in a great article on WLS published by our local hospital, Baystate Medical Center. She looks AWESOME and is doing a terrific job using the tool of WLS. WAY TO GO, SARAH C! LOOKIN' GREAT THERE!

Hi Sarah! I'm so happy I met you. You can be one of my 2 mentors (or is it 3?? Oh well, I have a lot of support). You started at the same weight and BMI that I am now and I am so proud of you! I couldn't believe how fantastic you look and you are just getting started girlfriend! Much love and smooches..........

"Hello -- I'm doing fine - they're to release me today (Wednesday). They just tried feed me pineapple puree with HAM puree - yum! (NOT!). I'm feeling great, really good. I took a shower last night and I've been off my IV since yesterday.

Hello friends -- Sarah's surgery took approximately 7 1/2 hours on Monday and was a success. Her husband took some time off to stay at the hospital with her -- what a sweet guy! Best wishes to Sarah from all her friends, and we all hope she's up and about and doing well soon. Hi Sarah~Best of luck with your upcoming surgery! I know it seems like it's "far away" right now, but it will be here before you know it! <p>I am 5 weeks post~op from LAP RNY surgery done at NEMC in Boston with Dr. Shikora, and I'm feeling GREAT! I'd do it over again in a heartbeat! <p>I'm a school administrator, and I can only imagine that you will be sorely missed during your absence from the middle school! I know I miss my guidance counselors when they are not there! LOL BUT~please make sure you take all the time you need to recover...YOU are the most important factor in all of this! <p>Sending good thoughts your way...feel free to email me if you have any questions before or after surgery!
