Hello and good morning everyone! I have spoken with Karen this morning at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. SHE SOUNDED LIKE SHE NEEDED A DRINK!!! Imagine that!!! Ha. She said she has done really well...other than having alittle trouble getting off of the breathing machine after surgery yesterday. They are pretty certain that she does have sleep apnea though she never got tested before surgery. She told me that she had walked at midnite, and 4 am and was waiting for someone to come and take her for a walk now. She has an epidural but hasn't had to use the button. She didn't have to go into ICU. She said that she is really excited and can't wait to get started! Best wishes Karen and God Bless. ~Deborah Shaver

I am due to have my surgery tomorrow at 9:30AM at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock,AR. Thought I was doing real good. Until!!!!!!!!! I was reading the Harrison Newspaper and saw the obituary of a lady from Harrison who had this surgery 10/30 and pass away 11/02 her name is Kay Treat. There might have been something on the message board and I just miss it. I was at Baptist 11/02 having my pre-op test done. I'm not doing to well right now. I want to Thank each and everyone for signing my surgery page. May God Bless each one of you. In Gods love-
