Yesterday was my 2 month anniversary and I reached my first important goal - to be under 200 pounds! WOW> I have not been under 200 pounds for more than 20 years - it is truly amazing. I praise God for this opportunity to be a healthier happier individual and I thank him for leading me to Dr. Procter and his wonderful program.
I have now lost 42 pounds and more than 25 inches overall - I feel great and would do it all over again in a minute. I only wish I had done it sooner - but better late than never right?

Praise the Lord. It is two weeks today since my rny surgery and I am feeling great. I have lost 22 pounds and 7.5 inces. My shoes don't fit - go figure that one out.
My biggest problem right now is I think of the 22 pounds 1/2 was in my face and the other half in my boobs.
I am off all diabete medication and am about to cut my blood pressure medication down to once a day. Halleleuia!!!
Hello AMOS pals. I went to the doctor for my post op staple removal - YEAH! I am officially down 17 pounds. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Of course not eating does have a way of making you loe weight.
The best part is I am NOT hungry.
On the way home from hospital I had my first real food - sort of - I ate Chinese egg drop soup. I only ate about 1/2 of the cup and it was plenty and guess what? I wasn't hungry in the next hour.
For those who have e-mailed me thank you for your kind words.
For all who are on their way - it will be the journey of a lifetime.
