"I have not met the doctor yet but have had 2 contacts with the office personel. Very helpful in answering my questions about how to get started. I was told after I get my appointment with my dietician that BC/BS requires she will help me with my Diet History. Ok, update. They are very helpful at first THEN, when things don't go extremely smooth for them they back off a lot. I got all the information and all I need it my psych evaluation turned in and its like no one is around. My doctor has changed from Dr. Fallang to Dr Martin. They are both in the same office"
