"i found dr thayer to be very imformative and considerate. he answered my questions appropriately and with much sensitivity. his office staff is awesome. the are all very sensitive and kind. the are so pleasant. i have called the office several times, nerves or excitement i quess, and they never seem bothered the the phone calls. i tell them we wil be best friends be the end of this. the initial consult is a long but much needed process. it is obvious they don't want you to go away confused or discouraged. the pre and post op care regimen is strict but needed with required support group meetings and post op visits. i watched a video that discussed complications in detail it was good. dr thayer has oth excellent surgical competence and bedside manner coming from a nurse they both mean a great deal to me"
