"My first impression of Dr. Wagner was at a seminar that I drove to, down in Cape Girardeau. I was very very impressed with him and especially how thorough he was in explaining everything and taking every question. He seems to be a very quiet and patient man.
That is still my impression of him. Last month I had my evaluation with him and once again he impressed me.
His office staff is very easy to deal with and clearly want to help you as much as possible. Nothing seems to fall through the cracks.
It is important to be very honest with him about any past medical problems, as he is very thorough. To my knowledge, he has had no deaths and has been very successful with his surgeries.
He was very concerned about how I would take care of myself and my new tummy, afer the surgery. The aftercare program will be through Newstart.
He talked to me thoroughly about the risks of the surgery but I had been researching for 4 years, so I was well aware of the risks.
I would rate him a 9, on a scale of 1-10. Afterall, there was only one perfect person and that was Jesus.
