"So far I have not been approved. It's been very difficult. Dr. Ohri, put down that my BMI was 38, and that was the first mistake, I have High BP, Very High Choloestrol 260 Fasting, Asthma. St. Joseph Affliated Physicians denied me stating that, my co-morbs if under BMI38 had to also be diabetes,sleep apnea and GERD. Before I appeal I am putting in a referral to be tested for sleep apnea, as I fall asleep when driving, at work, and staff mtgs. All I can say is don't even go to the doctor until your BMI 40!!! It's been such a disappointment, and I was only 8 lbs away from BMI 40, so I'm just going to gain the 8 lbs, and get tested for sleep apnea, if that doesn't work, I'm going to have the obesitylaw.com attorney Larry L. (can't remember his name) take on my case and appeal it for me! "
