"My husband and I met with Dr. Lui on May 27,2001. Along with meeting with Dr. Yip. Both Drs. were wonderful. Although we had a bit of a wait in Dr. Lui's office,it was very understanble as I know he was trying to catch up after being with his sick father for 2 weeks. My guess is that he was doubling up instead of disappointing anyone. Dr. Lui's staff was great, even though they were having to deal with double bookings, and a new office space. We could see that many things were still coming into the office. Gideon was really wonderful too. He seemed to take his time and explain the procedure in excellent detail. I have not recieved my surgery date even though it has been 3 weeks, but I did speak to Gideon on Thursday. He promise I would be hearing from them real soon. He also let me know that they were now making the transition to scheduling surgeries at Santa Monica Hospital. This opening of surgical room and increased times should assist all of us in getting our surgeries.I would give Dr. Lui and A++++ rating."
