"Dr. Mary Murphy is a very sweet, soft spoken woman who is under 40 (I'm sure) but wears her hair in a "old school marm" style - but somehow it suits her. The office staff was very nice on my one visit there, and I felt I was treated with respect and concern. Pacific Bariatric has a very structured after care program which includes regular follow-up exams and support group meetings. They also have a "buddy list" which I haven't received yet because it was being updated (as I understand it). I feel that surgical competence is the most important contribution my surgeon will bring to this great adventure of mine... I hope she'll be a little more open & enthusiastic when I see her in the hospital."
