"Very good impression from the start! I found
him to be very soft spoken, super nice, caring,
kind, considerate and compassionate. He's
different than most doctors, whereas, he takes
the time to explain things very throughly, giving
you both the pros, cons, risks, etc. He doesn't
paint a rosy picture...he tells it like it is.
He patiently answers any and all of your questions.
You don't feel the least bit rushed in asking
him questions. I honestly believe he would sit
there all night and answer any questions you have
of him. I can't say enough nice things about
him! And his assistant, Janet...what a great
asset to his office. She is so kind, eager
to help and answer your questions. She goes
out of her way to help in anyway she can. The
times I have called to talk with her and she
was tied up. She immediately returned my
phone calls...Even after hours! She doesn't
leave you hanging! Janet also handled all
my insurance paperwork...I did nothing! And
I was approved by the insurance the very first
time. I highly recommend Dr. Stoner and his staff!
