Robin, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine at Abbott NW in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Good luck on your surgery. I was suppose to have my surgery the same day. My approval hadn't come yet, so they gave my spot up. I am now approved as us Jan 7th. I well have surgery Feb. 6th with Dr. Ikramuddin.
