Hi Ron, Thanks for your message. I haven't had one for a while and it came just in time. My surgery is less than 2 weeks from today. I read your journal. It was very well written. Thank you for doing that. I hope I have a smooth time as well! I've had 2 C-sections. I figured it couldn't be much worse than that, but I guess I'll see. Congratulations on your weight loss. It must feel great!
