Hi there, I'm 18 wks out. loss 72lbs. I thank God I don't get hungry were I loss control, nor do I have cravings. I don't get sick from sugar, or most foods. other words I can eat anything. When I do graze i eat something with protein, or something very lite, like yogurt. I sometimes eat pork rines. I think it's head hunger you are having. Also try not to buy foods you are not suppose to have. I know that's kind of hard if you have kids and a hubby. Anyways congratulations on your great wt loss. keep it up. and continue to focus. ~~bear hugs~~

Hi everyone... I got an update today from Debbie Ervin. She had her surgery on December 10 and was just released from the hospital the 17th due to nausea and a problem getting her meds right. She said that she was doing better since she is home. I just wanted to give you all an update and ask that you keep her in your prayers. Freida Livingston

Hey Debbie, the best thing you can do right now is relax. It was kinda hectic the day before my surgery, my son's 1st birthday, I had to work, then start drinking 2 bottles of mag citrate, then drive 4 hours to birmingham. WHAT FUN!!! I know you will do just fine. Remember to walk and drink LOTS of water. Ice chips are our friend and get you some pop cicles.
