"Dr. Kelly and his office have been just wonderful. When I met him at my first postop visit he was really upbeat and enthusiastic about how I was doing. His nurse is really wonderful, too. He and Dr. Rupp have a monthly aftercare meeting for their patients, with different themes and people running them. The first one I went to was very helpful. I look forward to going to more of them. The only complaint I have about the whole surgical experience is that Dr. Kelly and Dr. Rupp both make really long incisions (breastbone to belly button). It's not the end of the world, but some surgeons have much smaller incisions. "

"The only complaints that I had about the whole thing was the full liquids I was given, once they were allowed, were for the most part awful. Also, my room was across from the surgery waiting room and I had to make sure that my door was shut or it was noisy. "

"She really knew her stuff when it came to the issues the obese people face as they lose weight after surgery. My only complaint that I have about her is the length of time between my last visit and her dictating her report (one month). A faster turn around time would have been better. It also took her two months from her date of approval to get the approval to my surgeon. "
