I'm so excited.......I have been approved. My insurance runs out the end of June so I'm to call the office Monday to see if they can fit me in. Please pray they can!

May 16, 2002 - Today I go to see Dr. Weber for my consultation. Hopefully all goes well. I have my packet, proof of contact with other WLS people, appointments scheduled for pre-op stuff, food and exercise logs and of course the $180. I'm scared he will be unable to perform the surgery before my insurance runs out. I've tried to do all the leg work ahead of time just in hopes that this will speed things up. I know who ultimately is in control. God knows what is best for me and I need to trust Him! My company is changing insurance. My bosses have assured me that the new one should cover whatever surgery I will need. They do not know what type of surgery I will be having so they don't realize the insurance nightmare that goes on the WLS. Anyway - who am I trusting in? God knows best!

Just wanted everyone to know I have a consultation appointment April 29 with Dr. Oh. Please pray everything goes well with the insurance. Thanks, Cari
