Congrats! Hoping my transition to my new life goes as smooth as yours. Of course it would help if i decided on a surgeon. But won't be able to afford it until next January. Once again congrats on becoming a loser. (Hoping to join you soon as a fellow loser.)

Two weeks since my surgery and I feel great! I'm up and around. Going walking at the gym, and at home. Getting used to my new LIFE! My diet consists of a list of about 10 soft proteins and, of course, lots of water! I wanted to thank Cindy Smith for coming to visit me in the hospital and even though she didn't make it in to see me, she left an envelope of well wishes from all of you and I thank you!

Well I could not get to the hospital today to visit Thelma, but my DH works at the hopital that she is staying, and he delivered her surgery page print out to the nurse. Thelma was sleeping and he did not want to wake her, but she did get all of her wishes from everyone today. The nurse said she was doing real good. She is now crossed over to the other side. Way to go girl...........help me send her your prayers for a speedy recovery.

I just called the hospital to get a update on Thelma, the nurse told me she was still in ICU and was stable. There are no phones in the rooms, so she rang the waiting room, and Thelma's sister did not answer. Way to go girl, you have crossed over to the other side, please join me in sending prayers to her for a speedy recovery.

Hi! Thelma, I'm wishing you luck and a quick and healthy recovery, my prayers and thoughts are with you this nite for a new beginning 1/29/03 I am also waiting for my new day to start 4/15/03 you will do fine, God bless.

Hi Thelma, Special thoughts and prayers are going out your way for your big day tomorrow. Remember, I have the angels around you, and they will guide your surgeons hands and everything will be OK. This is the second time I posted to your surgery page, I looked for it tonight and it's not there, so I'm sending you another message. Don't know what happened, I guess it's lost in cyberspace. My thoughts and prayers are with you for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery. I live here in Arizona so my prayers only have to travel a short distance, so they are strong....God Bless
