Hello everyone! This is my first post as a post-op, and I'm slowly feeling much better each day. Thanks go to Cindi for updating my profile and giving me support. My surgery went well laporoscopically with no complications, I am scheduled for my 2 wk follow up on January 2nd and I will post again then. I'm not sure if they will be able to tell what I have lost since surgery because they did not weigh me, which I think is strange, but at least I can get my drain taken out! I'll talk to everyone then...

Just to let everyone know Christine is doing very well. She was supposed to have surgery on Tuesday, but ended up having it yesterday (12/18). I just got off the phone with her and her biggest complaint is her very dry mouth...I think this girl is sick of swabbing and would love a tall cool drink of water. Her doctor (Noel Williams) said she could get out of bed tomorrow and also start drinking. She had an NG tube and that will come out as well. If everything goes as scheduled she should be on her way home on Saturday! Good for you Chris...I'll be seeing you when you get home.
