Debra, I went through the same thing with my paperwork. It is very discouraging I agree and not very compassionate on their part to tell you not to keep asking. The second time around, I photocopied everything to avoid the problem again, but lol and behold if the insurance co. didn't lose them-then I faxed both of them copies and we were finally on the same page. Good luck to you and keep the faith.

Debra, I KNOW I live on this website LOL> My hubby drives a truck and is gone all week so I need someone to talk to so to speak...I check the website several times a day. Even now We have no electric or phone but I'm here at my sisters using her computer LOL. Its been since Sunday (BAD winter storm) and I'm going nuts without my puter. Hey! We need support of others going thru the same things and this is such a great site. People are wonderful. Gosd bless. jamie

DEBRA~ I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! MY HUSBAND SAYS I LIVE ON THIS SIGHT. BUT SINCE I HAVE HAD THE SURGERY HE UNDERSTANDS IT MORE. BEFORE HE WAS LIKE NOW WHO YA E MAILING? YOU ON THE SITE AGAIN? THEN HE REALIZED I GO HERE FOR SUPPORT & PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND ME & WHAT I GO THRU ON A DAILY BASIS. IT'LL GET BETTER!! I WISH YA ALL THE BEST!

Debra: Dr. Meilahn will perform my surgery this coming Tue, 2/18. This is the culmination of over a year of research, anticipation, and medical testing, etc. You wont believe how quickly the time will fly. All the best. Frank

Debra, Your story sounds like mine. I told my coworkers, about the WLS. They are all very supportive! Weighing as much as we do, you will loose a lot of weight the first 3 months. I am down almost 100 lbs, and its not 3 months yet. They will know something changed! I really wish you the world of luck. Your whole life is going to change. Things as simple as not needing wide width shoes! I am so excited for you!
