"I attended the seminar a couple weeks ago held by Dr Hiler and that was my first impression on him. He appeared to be a very nice, caring man, (with beautiful gray hair). I had my first consult with him today and I was a little disappointed. I seem to have been rushed and didn't get to ask all the questions I had. I had to wait in the little room for almost two hours for him so I guess that didn't start out good either. I must confess, I did hear another patient in the clinic that seemed to be in distress so I figured he had to spend a lot of time with her and put him behind. I have a good friend that had surgery by Dr Hiler two months ago and has been very well pleased with him, so I am not going in feeling completely negative. He did not mention any after care, risk of surgery, or much of anything explaining the surgery. I did ask couple questions, he must figure he covered most of it in the seminar. I must say, his office staff was very, very, nice. I had read several places that his staff was not the best, but I cannot say anything negative against any of them. "
