Well it had been a little over 3 weeks since surgery and I have lost 23 pounds I am so thrilled.

Hello everyone I wanted to say thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. I am feeling a little better my only real problem was last night when I started getting sick. Other than that am doing pretty well.

I just spoke to Melissa and she is doing well. She did not have any complications, thank goodness. She did "almost" need a blood transfusion, but did not have to after all. She came home Friday. She still sounds a little tired and weak, but she MADE IT TO THE OTHER SIDE. I am next, I hope. Sorry I haven't posted sooner. I had some bad news come up on Wed. with regards to my dad. Anyways, Congrats to Melissa. It was an honor to be your "Angel".

I just spoke to Melissa's husband, John. He said that Melissa made it through surgery and that she is in ICU, but doing good. I will check on her tomorrow and get back to you. It will probably not be until late, since my uncle is having cancer surgery and I will be at the hospital myself. Best of luck to all of you getting ready for surgery. Keep Melissa in your prayers.

I just wanted to send out warm wishes and prayers to Melissa Forrester. I have been fortunate enough to be her angel. I have not been able to talk to her the last couple of days, but she is to have surgery today. I will call the hospital later this afternoon and update you later. Please had Melissa to your prayers. Good luck on your surgery. I wish you a speedy recovery and a new start on a great new life. I will say a special prayer, especially for you!
