How ecstatic you must be with your surgery just around the corner! Mine is Tuesday and I know how happy I am just to have all the insurance hassles, medical visits and tests, and waiting behind me. I hope all goes well for you in surgery and your new life to follow.

Well, I can already tell I will be watching your journal. I find alot of joy in little things too. My children are always complaining I can't go into a place without making a new friend and finding out their life history in less than 15 minutes. Best of luck on upcoming surgery. I am waiting on insurance and finding a PCP to approve me.

Dana.. I recently had my surgery sept 2 and came home last night had a RYN OPEN and am doing pretty good. I wish you the very best, you will do fine but arrange for someone to stay at the hospital with you the first night as staying somewhere new can be uncomfortable, walk, sit in the chair dont stay in the bed or you will get craps and very hard to get out of bed..and a word of wisdon when you get home I repeat never wear silky night clothes you will slide flat down to buttom of the bed and will not be able to get out and just keep sliping...LOL God Bless!
