Hi Wendy!! I'm so sorry to hear about your complications. I can definitely relate because the second day after my lap RNY, there was a blockage in my intestine and they had to do a second surgery. I needed a blood transfusion after that, and then I had an abscess the size of a tennis ball in my pelvis form (from the blood transfusion), so I had to stay with a huge tube inside me for yet another week. I also had a bunch of little complications happen, but they weren't as severe as the other two. The good news is I'm now 8 1/2 months post-op and I would go through it all again to get where I am today. Trust me girl, I did NOT feel that way for the first 5 months. I was so mad that I had let myself do it, I regretted it SO much. It will get better though, it's just going to take a while before the light at the end of the tunnel is visible. Take care, I'm thinking about ya. ~Krissy
