"My first impression of Dr.Zahn was that he got right to the point in his explaination of how the surgery was done,what to expect, and what my job was going to be to assure that I was approved. He seemed like he was a very busy Dr. and that he had alot of patients to see and he was not going to waste any time. I still feel now like Dr. Zahn is a very busy Dr. that is willing to help people who are willing to help themselves!
I think that Dr.Zahn's office staff were very patient, informative, and most of all showed that they were truly interested in what I had to say and were willing to help me in any way they could. ESPECIALLY his office MGR. KIA (SHE'S THE BEST) She called me personally to let me know that I was approved, because she knew how anxious I was.
I can't say that there was anything I did'nt like about Dr. Zahn, or his Staff.
If you are looking for a surgeon, I've done the research and Dr. Zahn is one of only (3) in AZ. I think he's the BEST!.
Dr. Zahn and staff are very interested in aftercare, I've not had my surgery yet, but I was in his office for my pre-op and some of his newest surgery patients were there and they were telling me how he stresses how important it is to take care of yourself after the surgery with diet exercise, vitamins all the things to do, and not to do!
I understand the aftercare is a structured program.
Dr. Zahn let me know what the risks were and answered all the questions I had.
Dr. Zahn has been great so far, but I guess the surgery and aftercare will speak the loudest!!
I think I would rather have a surgeon that is surgically competent than worry about how someone's bedside manner is. But I'm sure having both be good would be the very best.
