Congratulations to Anna. She came home on Friday evening and is doing great. She has been up and walking and is taking very little for pain. When I asked her "Would you do it again?" she said YES. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers. I AM PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!

ANNA--Congratulations!!! You have FINALLY made it to the other side! I am really and truly sorry that I did not get to come to the hospital while you were there as I had intended to. But I did try to call on Thursday evening (I wanted to give you a day or so to start feeling human again!), but when I tried to call the number the information desk gave me the nobody answered the phone. I didn't know if you had already been sent home but I felt like they would have told me that when I called information. Anyway, I will call you at home in a day or so to catch up with you. I really had every intention of coming to the hospital but my family has gone through a very serious crisis this past week and I have been just devastated and I just really wasn't functioning very well at all. I will tell you more when I talk to you soon. I hope surgery went well and that you are well on your way to an easy recovery. Just take it slow and one day at a time. I promise that things will get easier with each passing day. You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Please pray for my family at this difficult time that we are going through. A BIG WELCOME TO THE LOSING SIDE OF LIFE TO ANNA!!! Anna went into surgery today about 1PM. She had open rny. She will be in SICU overnight due to sleep apnea. As of yet Sammy has not seen her but will be able to at 5PM and after I speak to him again I will post an update. Keep Anna in your prayers.
