Hi, Where have you been? I sent an e-mail to you awhile back and I was worried that you left planet earth!! hehehe I go to your site often and just saw a recnt update, so I am relieved to see that you are still here. I have recently moved to Orlando, Florida, like 3 weeks ago...not a planned move from the beginning, but I am here with all my family, safe and sound. So how have you been and what is your weight loss now??? Please stay in touch, you are always in my thoughts and prayers..."keep the faith" as someone I like and admireso well, keeps telling me :) catch ya soon Love Irene

10/23 Hey Gang am doing well now 3 weeks out and down 26 pounds. Am more than pleased with this. Still a tad slugish but gets better. Food....well I am looking forward to 11/2 to add a few things to the menu to say the least. Have begun to get pretty creative with how to eat the same foods again and again. Liquids are still a bit low but trying to do better. Kind of cool here in Vt so not as thirsty. Best to all. Keep THe Faith! Pamela

~~Angel Alert~~ Good Morning everyone~~I just received an e-mail from Pam and she is out of the hospital...Whoohoo!! and is enjoying her jello. She is still in California but will be going home soon. Please stop by her surgery page and welcome her to the "lighter side" of this surgery. I thank you very much~~Irene~~

Talked to Pamela on Wednesday, she is up and walking around and is currently on a liquid diet. Pamela will be discharged from the hospital on Friday, but will stay in California to recuperate. Hurry, she made it to the other side!!!!!

Angel Update Pamela came out of surgery today and all is well. The gallbladder was inflamed, so the doctor decided to remove it. Pamela will be up and around at 8am tommro.

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ON YOUR SURGERY. ALVARADO IS A GREAT HOSPITAL, IT IS ABOUT 1 MILE FROM WHERE I LIVE. THEY SAVED MY WIFE'S LIFE SEVERAL YRS AGO. I WISH YOU A SPEEDY RECOVERY AND A SAFE TRIP HOME.

~~Angel Update~~I just received an e-mail from Pamela stating that she arrived in California by train safely. Her best friend from home is with her, so she is not alone and has someone there for support. Pamela stated that she will have to have her GallBladder out because the recent sonogram revealed that she has "rolling stones" in her GB. Pamela's surgery is this Tuesday, so please stop by her surgery page and send her your prayers and good wishes for a safe surgery. Thank you very much for your support and prayers for Pamela.
