"I was very please with Dr Clough. I met him on October 24th. Very kind and caring. Not condensending, didnt put me down or harp on my weight. I was still uncomfortable about stepping on the scale. He was informative, and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I had his full attention, and no question was treated as dumb or stupid. He fully went over the surgery with me, the risks and the benefits. Gave me a booklet to read over and included my husband in the conversation. I am still a little nervous about aftercare. Have read many books about the surgery, but I have to find some info on after. From my initial meeting with Dr. Clough and all that I have heard about him, I would rate him a 10 in both surgical competence and bedside manner."
