Hello all! I just wanted to say that I have been surprised by how good I am feeling. I am still on full liquids but am tolerating that well. I have to concentrate to get all the protein I can, all the supplements, all the drugs, all the water and milk in. There just doesn't seem to be enough time. It is quite difficult to get all the protein in on full liquids. I have a good energy level...have even been to the mall and K-Mart...not bad for someone only 6 days out of surgery. God is good...all the time.

Paula, You and I are having surgery on the same day. I know you are probable as nervous as I am. Good luck and may God keep you safe. Although I live in Texas now, I'm from Marietta GA. I guess I just wanted to keep in touch with someone from my home state! Ondra

Paula, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
