"Dr Burrowes seemed kind of stand offish at first but after talking to him for a while he is very sweet but very proffesional. He wants to make sure you know exactly what you are doing and that you know all the risks associated with this surgery and that this is a tool not a cure. He told me he wanted to give me time to think about what I was doing to make sure I really wanted to have the surgery so He held my chart for two weeks before sending it off to the insurance company for consideration. His office staff is really super sweet and very helpful. I would call to check on how my insurance was coming along and they would always know exactly who I was and where my case was at that point and time."
