Good Samaritan

"The had special equipment reserved and were completely attentive. I didn't ever feel neglected or like I was annoying anyone and I felt genuine concern from the medical staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about Good Sam and its staff."

William Roe, Jr.

"Dr. Roe seems very secure and confident in his abilities. I am intrigued by his method of performing the open surgery (1 1/2 hours and a 3 inche incision). This part is music to my ears. Not sure about his bedside manner. He seems to have a very dry sense of humor and is relatively "no-nonsense". His office staff: Dawn and Joan, are terrific. Very patient and friendly. Dr. Roe was very specific and very technical about the surgery and using the pouch afterward as a tool. He didn't gloss over anything. He was sympathetic to my fears answered many questions. I think my favorite thing about him is that he doesn't seem patronizing and he doesn't seem overly "doctorly". Not sure if I'm conveying what I feel very well but I really just liked him right off."
