Alice, Congratulations! I am so glad to hear that everything went to perfectly and you are doing great! My surgery is next week and it is comforting to read such great success stories! Take care and again congratulations!

Hi guys! It's me - I'm back !!! I can't even begin to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Surgery went great, no complications, so unexpected happenings. I have been home a week, but didn't have a computer available, so I apologize for the delay is updating you. I'm feeling good and getting around pretty well. I get my stiches out on Wed 10/8, and frankly can't wait - they're starting to itch!!! I'm currently on a "full liquid" diet (which includes oatmeal, cottege cheese) and eating is going fine, although I have to make sure to remember to eat. I have been able to eat about 3-4 oz. at a time without any problems. Thanks again to everyone. This group is great, and I hope you all know how important and meaningful your support is. Everyone, keep up the good work, and I'll keep you posted. Yours on the losing side! Alice Harvey San Diego, CA
