"It has been my experience that Dr. Shin is very informative and thorough. He explained to me in detail both risks and benefits of the surgery. I remain impressed by him. the staff at Lifequest are so sweet and helpful to me. He stresses the importance of followup care and it feels like he truely cares about us, his patients. The program that he outlines and is to be followed is very well organized and easy to understand. They take you through, step by step. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Dr. Shin a 20. While this is my own personal opinion I feel that he lacks nowhere. Both his surgical competence and beside manner are wonderful. "
