Lurker checking in - Well I met with Dr. Ali (talk about an easy person to talk to) and had the last of my pre-ops before surgery on Thursday 8/21 - I was originally scheduled for 12:00 noon, now I'll be the first one at 7:30!!!!!! Just shy of 37 hours to go. I can't believe it's almost here!!! We're leaving for Fountain Valley as soon as I get off work tomorrow so I won't get a chance to post again - the next time I update my profile I'll be on the Losing Side! Before I sign off, I want to thank everyone at this site - your support and words of wisdom have meant so much to me. I don't say much, but I read everyone's posts and profiles. Without your efforts and being able to read the good, the bad and the ugly, I probably wouldn't be making this journey - especially not this easily and quickly. It's great to know we're not alone in this! God Bless you all! {{{{{Hugs}}}}}

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
