Hi again Chris. Just wanted to let you know I have been thinking about you. I sure hope things are continuing to go well for you. Feel free to call at any time when you get settled and feel like talking. I go to Dr. Drews office Tuesday and I am so excited about that! This is chris' husband frank. Just to let you all know that her surgery went really well. No complications. She was in her room by 1:45 p.m. and talking. She was already up and walking around by 6:30 this evening. She fells good (as good as can be). Thanks to all of you that have given your support and encouragements to her leading up to this point. I'm sure that she will be giving updates as soon as she gets home, hopefully thursday morning sometime.

She said that things aren't that bad at all and I know I am sure glad it's over for her. Take care Chris! Congratulations on the successful surgery! Love Gayle

Remember the first few weeks are the hardest and you may even have doubts about what you have done. This is normal! Keep remembering all the things that went into making this decision and you will be OK. I am two years + post op and would do it again... good luck.. Jan
