Day 3 and Julie and doing great! She did 2 laps around the hospital floor while I was there and was sitting up talking to her mom and friends when I left. She will probably go home tomorrow -- look for her updates.

I saw Julie this afternoon after she was settled in her room. Surgery went fine, but she was definitely experiencing after surgery pain. The painkillers hadn't kicked in yet, but I'm sure it wasn't too long before she wasn't feeling much of anything and sleeping. I'll update after I see her tomorrow or Wednesday. Thanks from Julie for all the good wishes.

Hi Julie, Wow, you have had a road as long as mine. But it will soon be something to look back on, briefly. Mostly you will be looking forward at the rest of you healthier life. All the best to you. I'll be 2 1/2 weeks behind you!
