Hi, this is "Kat" checking in after more than 3 years. Am 163lbs light and have been stable at that weight for almost 2 years now. I feel marvelous and have no regrets. For those of you this far out, if your having troubles and have slid back up the scale.......look at how far you've strayed from what Dr. Todd and the dietician's taught us and repent. It will come back down. Set a limit weight that if you hit that mark you will immediatly reevaluate what your eating and get busy with getting back to business as you've added something there that is a no-no. Dear Kathryn, I just found out your surgery date is June 25th. That is my birthday. A great day. I'll be a young 52. I know you are excited. We are so blessed to be having this opportunity.
