I would like to Thank everyone for such support and encouragement as well as the many prayers. A special heartfelt thank you to my Angel Carol Gee. She called me before surgery with words of encouragement and love, as well as checking on me while in the hospital, and was there for me whenever I felt the need. May God Bless her!!! Another special thanks to Cheryl Parker. She came to see me at the hospital bearing friendship, gifts, and concern. I will always carry a special place for Cheryl and Carol in my heart forever. I also want to thank my long time friends Chris and Lois (who have also had this surgery) for calling me at the hospital and for listening to my endless pre-op nervous chatter. They were an inspiration for me as well as great friends. May God be with You all!

Hi everyone! I'm not Roxanne's angel but I wanted all her friends to have an update. I went to visit Roxanne last night and she looked absolutely wonderful!!! She didn't even look like she had surgery. She was slighlty nauseous but that is probably from the meds. She started walking the night of her surgery--Way to go Roaxanne!! and she already is sipping water. I'm so happy she is doing so well and I wanted to share with her friends:) God Bless! Cher

Dear Roxanne, I am so glad that you made it to the other side. Congratulations. Remember we chatted the other night. I, too, had Dr. Oh as my surgeon and he is super. I was thinking about you all day, yesterday. Hey, if you are feeling up to it, there is a support group that meets the 3rd Friday of every month in our area, maybe you'd like to go. I haven't been yet, but hear that most of the people are Dr. Oh's patients. It is in North Syracuse, I think. E-mail me, and I will give you the details. cbmbnbkb@msn.com Again, Congratulations!
