From then he was very nice to deal with and very informative The office staffwere invaluable in getting insurance approval and very supportive of me. He is very up-front about the complications you could have. He wants to make sure you are making the right decision. He stressed aftercare was very important. He does not do the after care himself. He refers a another MD in his office who specializes in weight issues. The other physician does surgical competence is most important. If they have both, it is a real plus. "
