Voravit Wongsa
"My first visit with Dr. Wongsa was at the end of May. I still cannot believe how undertanding and helpful he was during my visti (it lasted about 1 hour). He took a great deal of time to discuss everything with me and answer all my questions. His staff (especially Ruth) is wonderful. He told me I was definately a candidate of the surgery, and his office took care of all the forms and insurance paperwork. I was notified in two weeks that I was approved. I could not believe how simple and easy they made it for me -- espeically after reading some of the troubles others have had with their insurance carriers. I'm sure Dr. Wongsa and his staff had a great deal to do with paving the way for my surgery which is on August 1st. Obviously, this has been a very positive and encouraging experience so far -- I expect the rest of the journey will be too. I'll keep you posted."
