Hi This is Patty I had my surgery on the 1st of March and am now 7 days post op. The way I feel is this. For me the first 2 days were hard very hard. Both phycially and mentally. Yes it get better and better. But those first 2 days, I was not a happy camper. Best advice from me would have to be. TAKE a friend with you and have them stay overnight if possible and watch over you. Especially with the nurses.!!! You need a buddy with you, even if she or he just says to you, everything will be alright. You will need that mental boast! down 12 pds in 7 days. Love and hugs Patty. Thank you all for your support. Patty, I pray that your recovery will be fast and beyond your hopes. I ask that God watch over you and bring your through safely to the other side.Walk, cough and breathe deep as you being your new life. God bless you.
