"Dr. Thoburn was very matter of fact. When you call his office, they will send you an information packet that is quite detailed. You will also get a book which answers so many questions, particularly to how his office handles things. In your first visit, you will visit with Dr. Thoburn, his nurse, the insurance coordinator and the nutritionist. Dr. Thoburn is pleasant but very to the fact. He's not going to do the surgery unless he knows you are committed to following the aftercare."
