Wow, it's been a year already...I can't believe it. Time flies whey you're having fun eh? Well, This time last year I was weighing in at 311#. Today I weighed in at 179#. Amazing isn't it? Goddess bless everyone who has recently had surgery, having it today or going in soon.....and good luck on all of your journeys!

Wellll.....he he... Just wanted to wish everyone Happy Holidays and say congrats to all the new post-ops! It's been 9 months since my surgery, and I have gone from a size 26/28 to a size 14, and have lost 126#. Dr. Ali says I only have 25 more pounds to goal. This has all gone soo fast I can't believe it! Now if I can just get away from all this holiday eating....UGH! Why do we make our holidays around food???????? Ah well, I'm doin ok so far, good luck to all those having this little road block pop up for them too! Hey, I guess at least I feel full and know when to stop pretty much eh? My problem is I keep the full feeling going...lol...don't know when to stop nibbling...As long as it doesn't hurt I should be ok though. (I hope). Staying out of the room the food is in helps a lot...lol. Well, I'm out for now, have a good one all!
