Hi everyone...well this will be my last angel update. Lara has been home for about three days. She is doing well except for some pains in her left side. She did have another x-ray and was pleased to find out it wasn't anything bad. Dr. Olsen said that it was probley a pulled muscle. With surgery behind her she is now looking forward to a speedy recovery and healthy new life. Lara I wish you all the best. You are such a wonderful lady and I am pleased to say that I can now call you my friend. God bless you.-Ann

I just talked to Ann, and she asked me to update everyone on Laras condition for her. She is still doing well. Her pain medication is making her a little sick today so she is not up to phone calls until tomorrow. She should be coming home sunday!Im so glad that the worse part is over with for her!! she made it to the other side! :)

Well I just got off the phone with Jay again. He said Lara is sleeping well in her own room. She wakes up on and off but is basically just sleeping.If anyone wants to call it's 342-4124. Jay is going to stay with her so he can answer any questions anyone has. I am going to see her tomorrow and I will update again then. Keep Lara in your prayers for a speedy recovery. -Ann PS- Did everyone see Oprah? They had Craney Wilson on. Isn't that neat. Lara had surgey the same day the world was being told about it. God works in suck strange ways....

I just got off the phone with Jay (Lara's husband) and he said Lara is doing great. She is still in recovery and then they are going to put her in a room. Lara went into surgery about 7:30am and they finished around 11:40. It took a little over four hours. Dr. Olsen siad that he wanted to take his time and make sure everything went smooth. He also said that they are going to watch Lara for a few days and then she will probably be able to go home on Saturday. He told Jay that Lara's pain should be less than when she had her c-section. Jay is going to call tonight with their room number. I will post then with the number. I know that Lara would love to hear from you all. Thank you for all of your prayers.-Ann

WEll in nine more hours Lara will be at the hospital. I just got off the phone with her and she seems to really be doing good. She is a little nervious but knows that everything will be fine. I told her I would check in with Jay around 2:00pm to see how she is doing. Everyone remember to say a prayer for her tonight. I'll talk to you all tomorrow-Ann

Lara, I am so happy for you. You are about to start on your weight loss journey! You are going to do so well I am sure of it! Ok...Well I know Lara has two more days tell surgery but I wanted to start being an angel.So I will tell you all what I know as of now...Last night when I talked with Lara she said Jay and her were going out tonight for her last supper. You all know "THE BIG ONE" She is not really nervious yet but she thinks she will be Wed. She is taking off work Wed. and has to be at the hospital early Thursday. I will update you all throughout Thursday. Everyone please say a prayer in the next few days for our girl.Well I will go now. I will talk to you all really soon. And Lara I am praying for you-Ann

Lara, I am so happy for you. You are getting ready to be on the road to wonderful weightloss! You've picked a great doctor & Centennial will treat you great also!
