"I have corresponed with the Images staff via e-mail and phone. They are very supportive, on their toes, and seem to know what they're doing. I have not had contact with Dr. Hall personally. There was a little misshap in which the information about my weight did not get changed and my insurer denied me because my previous, lighter weight was used in the letter from the surgeon. No big deal, I made a phone call and everyone did their part to correct it and then I was approved the same day. Mistakes happen from time to time for everyone, what impressed me was how they addressed the problem as soon as it was recognized. They are making all the arrangements for travel and hotel stay, just as they had promised. So far, I give them a rating of "over-the-top excellent". "
