"I have surgery on the 23rd of May 2003. My surgeon is Dr. Babineau in Tyler, Texas. He is very honest up front and to the point, I like that. His entire staff goes above and beyond to answer your questions, they are super friendly and very understanding. Dr. Babineau is from New York, and hasn't been in Texas long, but he seems to have adapted well, (he does wear cowboy boots with his scrubs). I would recommend a visit with him if you are within a reasonable distance and are considering this procedure. He has had several patients from over 15 hours away, so that should speak for itself.
